- 1 cup granulated sugar

- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine melted butter and granulated sugar, then add eggs and vanilla.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet until smooth.
- Spread half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth, then layer over brownie batter.
- Top with remaining brownie batter and add sliced strawberries on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before slicing.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, add dark chocolate chips to the brownie batter.
- Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easy mixing.
