Description

A delicious and indulgent dessert that combines the flavors of strawberries and cream in a rich cheesecake cake.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar for topping


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, granulated sugar, and softened butter until crumbly.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  5. While the cake is baking, make the cream cheese filling by beating the cream cheese and heavy cream until fluffy.
  6. Once the cake has cooled, spread the cream cheese mixture on top.
  7. Top with chopped strawberries and dust with powdered sugar.
  8. Slice and serve chilled.
