Ingredients

  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 1 pound flank steak
  • 2 cups broccoli crowns
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Slice the flank steak into strips and cook in the skillet until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add broccoli crowns to the skillet and stir until they are tender.
