- 1 package flatbread or pita bread
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, spinach, mozzarella, parmesan, fontina, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Lay the flatbreads on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
- Spread the cheese and spinach mixture evenly over the flatbreads.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and slice before serving.
