Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach, chopped

  • ½ cup fontina cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 package flatbread or pita bread
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, spinach, mozzarella, parmesan, fontina, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Lay the flatbreads on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  4. Spread the cheese and spinach mixture evenly over the flatbreads.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and slice before serving.
