Description

A delicious flatbread topped with spinach, mushrooms, and creamy brie, perfect for a quick meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 flatbread
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 200 grams brie cheese
  • 1/2 cup garlic cream sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté mushrooms until soft.
  3. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  4. Spread garlic cream sauce over the flatbread.
  5. Layer the sautéed mushrooms and spinach on top of the flatbread.
  6. Top with slices of brie cheese.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
