- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 200 grams brie cheese
- 1/2 cup garlic cream sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté mushrooms until soft.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Spread garlic cream sauce over the flatbread.
- Layer the sautéed mushrooms and spinach on top of the flatbread.
- Top with slices of brie cheese.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Season with salt and pepper before serving.
