Description

A delicious combination of spinach and garlic in meatballs stuffed with gooey mozzarella.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, diced
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped spinach, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Mix the ingredients until well incorporated.
  4. Form meatballs and stuff each with a piece of mozzarella cheese.
  5. Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
