A delicious combination of spinach and garlic in meatballs stuffed with gooey mozzarella.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, diced
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped spinach, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Mix the ingredients until well incorporated.
- Form meatballs and stuff each with a piece of mozzarella cheese.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
Notes
- Serve with marinara sauce for added flavor.
- Can be frozen for later use.
