- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, spinach, garlic powder, onion powder, and mozzarella cheese until well combined.
- Cut a pocket in each chicken breast and stuff with the spinach mixture.
- Season the outside of the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear each chicken breast for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
