- 1 pound fresh spinach
- 2 cups canned white beans, rinsed and drained
- 4 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
- Add the onion and garlic to the skillet, cooking until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the spinach and cook until wilted.
- Add the white beans, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook until heated through.
- Serve warm.

- For a vegetarian option, omit the turkey bacon.
