Ingredients

- 1 bunch radishes
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
Instructions
- Wash and slice the radishes thinly.
- In a saucepan, combine water, vinegar, sugar, and salt. Heat until dissolved.
- Add red chili flakes, garlic, and mustard seeds to the mix.
- Pour the hot brine over the radishes in a jar.
- Let cool and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the level of spice by adding more or fewer chili flakes.
- These pickles taste even better after a few days in the fridge.
