Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the spicy sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add diced jalapeños, garlic powder, and mix well.
- In a bowl, combine the cooked sausage mixture with cream cheese and cheddar cheese.
- Seperate the phyllo pastry sheets and brush with olive oil.
- Place a spoonful of filling on each pastry and fold or roll as desired.
