A delightful and quick stir-fry combining spicy honey and garlic flavors with tender beef and fresh broccoli.
Ingredients

- 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced beef and cook until browned.
- Stir in broccoli and cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour the sauce over the beef and broccoli, stirring to coat.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Drizzle sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- For extra spice, increase the amount of sriracha.
- You can substitute chicken for beef if preferred.
