Description

A delightful and quick stir-fry combining spicy honey and garlic flavors with tender beef and fresh broccoli.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add sliced beef and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in broccoli and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Pour the sauce over the beef and broccoli, stirring to coat.
  6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  7. Drizzle sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

  • For extra spice, increase the amount of sriracha.
  • You can substitute chicken for beef if preferred.
