Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract.
- Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the pre-baked pie crust.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the filling is set.
