Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine almond flour, oats, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, honey, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
- Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow to cool before slicing into bars.
