Ingredients

  • 1 head garlic, cloves separated and peeled

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a large roasting pan, mix garlic, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Add the beef shoulder, turning to coat it well in the mixture.
