Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic, honey, soy sauce, black pepper, salt, olive oil, and thyme.
- Rub the mixture all over the beef shoulder.
- Place the beef in a roasting pan and cover it with foil.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 3 hours, then remove the foil and roast for an additional 30 minutes to caramelize the top.
- Let the beef rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
