- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 2 cups diced chicken ham
- 1 cup chopped onions

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and let it cool.
- In the same skillet, sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.
- Add chicken ham and bell peppers, cooking for another 3 minutes.
- Crumble turkey bacon and add all ingredients to the slow cooker.
- Pour in chicken broth, season with thyme and pepper, and stir well.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
