  • 2 cups diced chicken ham

  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil


Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and let it cool.
  2. In the same skillet, sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken ham and bell peppers, cooking for another 3 minutes.
  4. Crumble turkey bacon and add all ingredients to the slow cooker.
  5. Pour in chicken broth, season with thyme and pepper, and stir well.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
