Description

These Shrimp & Crab Stuffed Crescent Bombs are an easy and indulgent treat that combines fresh seafood with flaky crescent dough.


Ingredients

  • 1 package crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the shrimp, crab meat, cream cheese, green onions, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the seafood mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll up the dough, starting from the wide end and rolling towards the point.
  6. Place the rolled bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For an extra touch, brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder before baking.
  • These stuffed bombs can also be served with a dipping sauce for added flavor.
