- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 4 ounces lump crab meat
- 4 ounces shrimp, cooked and chopped
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, crab meat, shrimp, green onions, garlic powder, and soy sauce until well combined.
- Place about a tablespoon of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Wet the edges of the wonton wrapper with water, fold over to form a triangle, and seal tightly.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry the wontons in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.

- For a healthier option, try baking the wontons instead of frying.
- Serve with sweet and sour sauce or soy sauce for dipping.
