- 12 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 jar marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, sauté garlic in olive oil, then add shrimp and spinach until shrimp are cooked through.
- In a bowl, mix shrimp and spinach with ricotta, 1/2 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each pasta shell with the mixture and place in a baking dish.
- Pour marinara sauce over the shells and top with remaining mozzarella.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
- Feel free to add more spices like oregano or basil for extra flavor.
