- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, smoked paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the shrimp and asparagus in the garlic butter mixture until well coated.
- Thread shrimp onto skewers, alternating with pieces of asparagus.
- Arrange the skewers on a baking sheet and pour any remaining garlic butter over the top.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until shrimp are cooked through and asparagus is tender.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
