Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound crab meat
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the shrimp until pink, about 3-4 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked shrimp, crab meat, celery, and bell peppers.
  3. In a separate small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the seafood mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
