- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound crab meat
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the shrimp until pink, about 3-4 minutes. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked shrimp, crab meat, celery, and bell peppers.
- In a separate small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the seafood mixture and stir until well combined.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
