- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the sun-dried tomatoes and sauté for another 2 minutes.
- Stir in the scallops and cook for about 2-3 minutes until they start to turn opaque.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they are pink and cooked through.
- Pour in the heavy cream and add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
