Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound scallops
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the sun-dried tomatoes and sauté for another 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in the scallops and cook for about 2-3 minutes until they start to turn opaque.

  6. Pour in the heavy cream and add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine and simmer for 5 minutes.
