  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

  • 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess fat if needed.
