- 1 package OREO cookies
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 cup salted caramel sauce
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/4 cup chocolate shavings for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Crush the OREO cookies and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Layer softened vanilla ice cream on top of the cookie crust and freeze for about an hour.
- Drizzle with salted caramel sauce and freeze again for 30 minutes.
- Spread whipped cream on top and sprinkle with chocolate shavings. Freeze until ready to serve.
