Description

This Salted Caramel OREO Ice Cream Cake is the perfect dessert for any celebration, offering a delightful combination of ice cream, OREOs, and a rich salted caramel sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 package OREO cookies
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 cup salted caramel sauce
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup chocolate shavings for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Crush the OREO cookies and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Layer softened vanilla ice cream on top of the cookie crust and freeze for about an hour.
  4. Drizzle with salted caramel sauce and freeze again for 30 minutes.
  5. Spread whipped cream on top and sprinkle with chocolate shavings. Freeze until ready to serve.
