Delicious and indulgent salted caramel apple pie bars that are perfect for fall. A combination of sweet apples and rich caramel, these bars are a delightful treat for the season.

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups peeled and sliced apples
- 1 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together flour, butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, salt, and cinnamon until crumbly.
- Press half of the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking pan.
- Layer the sliced apples over the crust.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the apples.
- Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture on top of the caramel.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- These bars are best served warm with a scoop of ice cream.
- Feel free to add nuts for extra texture.
