Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked spinach, drained
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, mozzarella, spinach, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Make a pocket in each chicken breast and stuff with the cheese mixture.
  4. Season the outside of the chicken with olive oil and Italian seasoning.
  5. Place the stuffed chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
