- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked spinach, drained
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, mozzarella, spinach, Parmesan, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Make a pocket in each chicken breast and stuff with the cheese mixture.
- Season the outside of the chicken with olive oil and Italian seasoning.
- Place the stuffed chicken in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
