Description

A rich and creamy corn bake inspired by Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, perfect for a comforting side dish.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups sweet corn kernels
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine sweet corn, heavy cream, sour cream, cream cheese, butter, sugar, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  3. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
  7. Return to oven for an additional 5-10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños.
