A rich and creamy corn bake inspired by Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, perfect for a comforting side dish.
Ingredients

- 2 cups sweet corn kernels
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine sweet corn, heavy cream, sour cream, cream cheese, butter, sugar, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
- Return to oven for an additional 5-10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and baked when ready to serve.
