Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the strawberries, honey, and balsamic vinegar. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet and roast for about 15 minutes.
- In another bowl, combine ricotta cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Spread the whipped ricotta on the toasted bread slices.
