Description

Roasted Jalapeño Cowboy Cream is a delicious and versatile condiment that adds a spicy kick to various dishes. Perfect for dipping, spreading, or as a topping, it elevates your meals with its smoky, creamy flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 jalapeños
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place jalapeños on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes, turning halfway through, until skin is blistered.
  3. Remove from oven and let cool. Once cool, peel off the skin and remove seeds.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Add the roasted jalapeños to the mixture and blend until smooth.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Notes

  • This cream can be adjusted in spiciness by using fewer jalapeños or leaving some seeds in.
  • Great as a dip for tortilla chips or a spread for sandwiches.
