- 4 jalapeños
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise

- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place jalapeños on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes, turning halfway through, until skin is blistered.
- Remove from oven and let cool. Once cool, peel off the skin and remove seeds.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the roasted jalapeños to the mixture and blend until smooth.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
