- 1 leg of lamb
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons rosemary, dried

- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoons flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rub the lamb leg with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the lamb in a roasting pan and add beef broth.
- Roast in the oven for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Remove the lamb from the oven and let it rest.
- To make gravy, place the roasting pan on the stove over medium heat, whisk in flour, and cook until thickened.
- Serve the lamb sliced with gravy on top.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the lamb overnight.
- Let the lamb rest for at least 15 minutes before slicing.
