Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons flour


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Rub the lamb leg with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the lamb in a roasting pan and add beef broth.
  4. Roast in the oven for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  5. Remove the lamb from the oven and let it rest.
  6. To make gravy, place the roasting pan on the stove over medium heat, whisk in flour, and cook until thickened.
  7. Serve the lamb sliced with gravy on top.
