- 1 package of refrigerated pizza dough
- 8 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 8 ounces chicken ham, sliced
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup thousand island dressing
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet.
- Layer the turkey bacon, chicken ham, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese evenly over the dough.
- Drizzle the thousand island dressing over the top.
- Carefully roll the dough into a log, pinching the edges to seal.
- Brush the top with the beaten egg.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
