Description

A delicious twist on the classic Reuben, using turkey bacon and chicken ham for a lighter, yet satisfying meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of refrigerated pizza dough
  • 8 ounces turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 8 ounces chicken ham, sliced
  • 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup thousand island dressing
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a baking sheet.
  3. Layer the turkey bacon, chicken ham, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese evenly over the dough.
  4. Drizzle the thousand island dressing over the top.
  5. Carefully roll the dough into a log, pinching the edges to seal.
  6. Brush the top with the beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
