- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup packed brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- ½ cup Reese’s Pieces or chopped peanut butter cups
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.
- Add egg and vanilla, mix until smooth.
- Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips and Reese’s Pieces.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized dough balls and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake 8–10 minutes until edges are set.
- Cool for 5 minutes on tray, then transfer to a wire rack.
Notes
- For extra flair, press a piece of candy on top of each cookie after baking.
- Use room temperature ingredients for best texture.
- Cookies can be frozen before or after baking.
