- 2 large eggs
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 to 3 ripe bananas (mashed)
- ½ cup creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 tsp baking soda

- ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
- ½ cup buttermilk (or regular milk)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups (chopped)
- ¼ cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
- Cream together peanut butter, butter, and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in mashed bananas and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, alternating with buttermilk. Mix until just combined.
- Fold in chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 60–70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
