Description

A creamy, chocolate-coated cheese ball filled with peanut butter and chopped Reese’s cups. No baking required – just mix, chill, and serve!


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1½ cups mini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
  • Optional: crushed peanuts or mini Reese’s for rolling

Instructions

  1. Beat together softened cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
  3. Fold in chopped mini Reese’s.
  4. Scoop mixture onto plastic wrap and shape into a ball. Chill for at least 1 hour.
  5. Dip chilled ball into melted chocolate to coat completely.
  6. Sprinkle with toppings while chocolate is still wet.
  7. Chill until chocolate is set (about 30 minutes) and serve with your favorite dippers.
