Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract and peanut butter until fully combined.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes or until set.
  6. Allow the cheesecake to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  7. Before serving, drizzle caramel sauce on top and add whipped cream and chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.
