- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract and peanut butter until fully combined.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes or until set.
- Allow the cheesecake to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Before serving, drizzle caramel sauce on top and add whipped cream and chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups.
