Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth. Add the vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Divide the mixture in half. To one half, add cocoa powder and red food coloring, mixing thoroughly.
  6. Pour the red velvet mixture over the crust, followed by the plain cheesecake mixture. Swirl with a knife to create a marbled effect.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  8. Top with fresh strawberries before serving.
