- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 package (6 ounces) raspberry jello
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch pan.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool completely.
- In another bowl, mix softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping and spread over the cooled pretzel crust.
- Dissolve raspberry jello in boiling water, then let it cool to room temperature. Add fresh raspberries to the jello mixture.
- Pour the raspberry mixture over the cream cheese layer and refrigerate until set, about 4 hours.
- Slice and serve chilled, enjoying the delightful layers of flavor.
Notes
- For a stronger raspberry flavor, consider adding extra fresh raspberries on top before serving.
