Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 package (6 ounces) raspberry jello
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed pretzels, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch pan.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool completely.
  4. In another bowl, mix softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping and spread over the cooled pretzel crust.
  5. Dissolve raspberry jello in boiling water, then let it cool to room temperature. Add fresh raspberries to the jello mixture.
  6. Pour the raspberry mixture over the cream cheese layer and refrigerate until set, about 4 hours.
  7. Slice and serve chilled, enjoying the delightful layers of flavor.

Notes
