These delicious Pistachio-Crusted Brie Bites are perfect for any gathering, topped with a sweet and tangy raspberry honey glaze.

- 1 wheel Brie cheese
- 1 cup crushed pistachios
- 1/2 cup raspberry preserves
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 package phyllo pastry dough
- 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out phyllo pastry dough and cut into squares.
- Place a small piece of Brie cheese in the center of each square.
- Fold the corners of the dough over the cheese and pinch to seal.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with crushed pistachios.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- While baking, combine raspberry preserves, honey, and lemon juice in a saucepan and heat until melted.
- Once the bites are done, drizzle with the raspberry honey glaze before serving.
Notes
- For an extra crunch, toast the crushed pistachios before adding them to the bites.
