Description

These delicious Pistachio-Crusted Brie Bites are perfect for any gathering, topped with a sweet and tangy raspberry honey glaze.


Ingredients

  • 1 wheel Brie cheese
  • 1 cup crushed pistachios
  • 1/2 cup raspberry preserves
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 package phyllo pastry dough
  • 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out phyllo pastry dough and cut into squares.
  3. Place a small piece of Brie cheese in the center of each square.
  4. Fold the corners of the dough over the cheese and pinch to seal.
  5. Brush the tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with crushed pistachios.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. While baking, combine raspberry preserves, honey, and lemon juice in a saucepan and heat until melted.
  8. Once the bites are done, drizzle with the raspberry honey glaze before serving.
