- 4 cups sugar
Instructions
- Start by preparing your jars and lids for canning.
- Combine crushed pineapple and jalapeños in a large saucepan.
- Add apple cider vinegar and bring to a boil.
- Stir in the pectin and boil for 1 minute.
- Add sugar all at once and return to a rolling boil for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and pour into jars.
- Seal lids and process in a water bath for 10 minutes.
- Let cool completely before storing.
