- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained

- 1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar and vanilla. Mix well.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Fold in crushed pineapple and flour, then stir in sour cream.
- Pour the cheesecake batter over the crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
- Turn off the oven, crack the door, and let the cheesecake cool in the oven for an hour.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.

- For a firmer cheesecake, bake a little longer.
