- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 cup diced green bell pepper
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- 1 egg (beaten, for sealing)
- Oil (for frying)
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the beef, onions, and bell pepper over medium heat until the beef is cooked and the vegetables are tender.
- Remove from heat and stir in the provolone cheese until melted.
- Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of an egg roll wrapper, fold and seal with the beaten egg.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or heavy pot, and fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
