Ingredients

  • 1 pound thinly sliced beef
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup diced green bell pepper
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • 1 egg (beaten, for sealing)
  • Oil (for frying)


Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook the beef, onions, and bell pepper over medium heat until the beef is cooked and the vegetables are tender.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in the provolone cheese until melted.
  3. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of an egg roll wrapper, fold and seal with the beaten egg.
  4. Heat oil in a deep fryer or heavy pot, and fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy.
