A delicious twist on the classic cheesesteak, this Philly Cheesesteak Casserole made with turkey bacon is an easy and comforting dish that everyone will love.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 cups cooked pasta
  • 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove from pan and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add onion and bell pepper; sauté until tender.
  4. Mix in the cooked pasta, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in the cooked turkey bacon and half of the provolone cheese.
  7. Transfer everything to a baking dish and top with remaining provolone cheese.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
