- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cups cooked pasta
- 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove from pan and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add onion and bell pepper; sauté until tender.
- Mix in the cooked pasta, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the cooked turkey bacon and half of the provolone cheese.
- Transfer everything to a baking dish and top with remaining provolone cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
