Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
- Spread the cranberry sauce evenly over the flatbread.
- Layer the sliced pears and Brie on top of the cranberry sauce.
- Sprinkle the fresh thyme leaves over the cheese and pears.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
