- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In a small bowl, combine Parmesan and breadcrumbs. Sprinkle evenly over shrimp.
- Arrange shrimp in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until shrimp are pink and the topping is golden.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
Notes
- Broil the shrimp for the last 1–2 minutes for extra crispiness.
- Use crushed pork rinds for a low-carb breadcrumb alternative.
- Add red pepper flakes for a little heat.
