A creamy and savory one-pot meal featuring broccoli, cheddar cheese, and turkey bacon.

- 8 ounces pasta
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and chop.
- Add pasta, chicken broth, garlic powder, and black pepper to the pot.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add broccoli and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
- Top with chopped turkey bacon and serve.
Notes
- For a vegetarian version, omit turkey bacon.
- Adjust cheese according to preference.
