Description

A creamy and savory one-pot meal featuring broccoli, cheddar cheese, and turkey bacon.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces pasta
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and chop.
  3. Add pasta, chicken broth, garlic powder, and black pepper to the pot.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Add broccoli and cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
  7. Top with chopped turkey bacon and serve.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian version, omit turkey bacon.
  • Adjust cheese according to preference.
