A comforting and hearty old-fashioned goulash made with turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for family dinners.

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop.
- In the same pot, add ground turkey, onion, and garlic. Cook until turkey is browned.
- Add diced chicken ham, beef broth, diced tomatoes, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer.
- Stir in elbow macaroni and smoked paprika. Cover and cook until macaroni is tender.
- Season with salt and pepper. Stir in chopped turkey bacon before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add some red pepper flakes.
