Description

A rich and creamy no-bake cheesecake inspired by the beloved Twix candy bar, perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup chocolate ganache
  • 1 cup chopped Twix bars


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Pour half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust, followed by half of the caramel sauce and chopped Twix bars. Repeat the layers with the remaining cheesecake mixture, caramel sauce, and Twix bars.
  5. Drizzle chocolate ganache over the top of the cheesecake. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  6. Remove from the pan, slice, and serve chilled.

Notes

  • For best results, let the cheesecake chill overnight.
  • Feel free to add extra Twix pieces on top for decoration.
