- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup chopped peanuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, mix the peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until well combined.
- Pour the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Top with chopped peanuts before serving, if desired.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, add a chocolate layer to the pie.
- This pie can be made a day in advance for easier preparation.
