- 2 boxes instant lemon pudding mix
- 4 cups milk
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

- 1 cup lemon curd

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine pudding mix and milk. Whisk until thickened.
- In another bowl, beat together cream cheese, whipped topping, and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Fold the pudding into the cream cheese mixture.
- Layer graham crackers in the bottom of a baking dish.
- Spread a layer of the pudding mixture over the crackers, followed by lemon curd and a sprinkle of lemon zest.
- Repeat layers ending with the pudding mixture on top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
