Ingredients

  • 2 boxes instant lemon pudding mix
  • 4 cups milk
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup lemon curd
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine pudding mix and milk. Whisk until thickened.
  2. In another bowl, beat together cream cheese, whipped topping, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Fold the pudding into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Layer graham crackers in the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Spread a layer of the pudding mixture over the crackers, followed by lemon curd and a sprinkle of lemon zest.
  6. Repeat layers ending with the pudding mixture on top.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
