- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter. Mix well and press into the bottom of a pie dish.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped topping, shredded coconut, and chopped pecans.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust.
- Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For added crunch, toast the pecans before adding them to the filling.
- Make sure to use full-fat cream cheese for the best texture.
